Our Commercial Litigation Department is
concerned with all aspects of contentious business, both of an
urgent nature (including applications by way of injunction or
specific performance) and disputes leading to trial. Advice is
given upon the structuring of business relationships (so as to
avoid disputes), tactical advice upon the conduct of disputes,
and the conduct of litigation and arbitration throughout.
The practice provides services in many
